Revision Policy
The authorised number of revisions depends on the package you chose, and you may request as many changes as are specified in the package's specifics. We put a priority on giving our clients the greatest services possible, and we'll keep revising until your needs are satisfied. If the design concepts remain the same, you are not obligated to pay more money. Within 48 hours, you'll receive a new version of your logo. While every adjustment to a website's design will be given within 24 hours and every revision to a website's development will be delivered within 24 to 48 hours (depending on the revision complexity). The turnaround time for revisions on illustrative logos (logos featuring an illustration element or an illustrated design) is 48 hours.
New Order Processing Time
Turnaround time is the period of time from when you provide your design concepts to your account area and when you make your package purchase. The turnaround time ranges from 24 hours to a maximum of 48 hours for all orders for new logos. The turnaround time is at least 48 hours from order confirmation and full brief submission for packages with four or more logo concepts. Additionally, the minimum turnaround time for new website designs (home/index, including redesign designs), after order confirmation and complete brief submission, is 48 hours. Please be aware that the turnaround time for developing a static website with five to seven websites is three to five business days. For all Friday and/or Saturday orders, the delivery period begins on Monday. The first concept for your chosen illustrative logo (logos with an illustration element or an illustrated design) will be sent within 48 to 72 hours of order confirmation.
Refund Policy
To ensure fairness, our refund policy applies under the following conditions:
You’re eligible for a full refund if:
- 1. You can request a full refund before accepting the main design concept and within two weeks of order placement.
A refund may not be possible if:
- 1. You’ve already approved the main design concept.
- 2. Revisions or modifications have been requested after the initial design concept has been accepted.
- 3. We haven’t heard from you for more than two weeks, causing project delays.
- 4. Our terms and policies have been violated.
- 5. A complete redesign has been requested after the initial concept.
- 6. The business name or operations have changed, making the design no longer relevant.
- 7. Once the final design files have been delivered, refunds are no longer available.
- 8. Free items included in a package are not eligible for refunds or revisions.
- 9. For logo and website design, refund requests must be made within 14 and 30 days respectively.
- 10. Services like domain registration, and web hosting are non-refundable.
- 11. For website projects, once the design is approved and handed over to the developer, refunds are not available.
Important Note:
Softyfier reserves the right to decline a project or terminate an agreement at any time. If a refund is issued, all design rights remain with Softyfier and cannot be used by the client.

Cancellation Policy
If a customer cancels an order within one week of placement, 75% of the order value will be refunded. For service dissatisfaction, a refund of 50% is available if requested within one week of service delivery, and 25% thereafter.

Delivery Procedure
On the date indicated on the order confirmation, the entire order will be sent to the specified account, along with a confirmation email.
The turnaround time will depend on the package, with a minimum of two business days needed.

Maintenance of Records
Up to three months following project delivery, Softyfier keeps track of final designs so that you can be given the identical file in the event of a lost order.
In the event that the client is late or doesn't respond for three months. No of how far along a project is or how long its deadline has passed, Softyfier will label the account as dormant. The client must pay the penalty fee assessed to their account in order to restore their account and restart work on the project.
